USEFUL INFORMATION

Get information here for packing your gear, transportation and other

Please bring bedding for your child – a pillow, a pillow case, sheets and blankets and/or a sleeping bag. Only a mattress is provided. Also please bring enough clothes for the duration of their stay (no laundry on site), swimwear, running shoes, hat, sun lotion, bug spray, towels, personal hygiene items, flashlight , a watch (if possible), long pants for hiking, a small backpack for hiking, a water bottle. If your child needs medication – please know that all medication needs to be registered with the camp nurse upon arrival.

Please do not bring expensive electronics (they can get lost, damaged or stolen), please do not bring any type of hand held gaming devices or music devices as these distract children from the program. Do not bring any knives or other weapons that can cause harm to other campers. Do not bring perishable food items or foods that contain peanuts. If you decide to give your child a cell phone to make phone calls to you – please instruct them to keep it away, safely stored throughout the day and for it not to be used as a gaming device.

Our senior camp is located at Cedar Lodge Camp located at: 3875 Chem. de Georgeville, Magog, QC J1X 3W2

TROPINKA JUNIOR AND SENIOR CAMP:
You can stay in touch with your child while at camp by sending us an e-mail to: campmontreal@tropinka.ca or request a call back directly from our administrative office: +1 (514) 871 4511
We give our campers the opportunity to call you back during evenings.

TROPINKA JUNIOR CAMP:
If your child is coming for two weeks, they can stay at the camp in between the two sessions and they will be looked after. Parents are free to come visit their children on Saturday. We recommend that you bring them fresh clean clothes.

TROPINKA JUNIOR AND SENIOR CAMP:
All camp Sessions start on Sunday at 2:00 PM and end on Saturday at 12:00 PM. There is a one hour window to register your child(ren) at the start of each session between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. If your child is staying at camp for more than one session – we recommend you visit them and bring them fresh clean clothes as we do not have a laundry room on site.
