Our Team
The heart of Tropinka Camp is our team. Our staff includes cabin leaders, activity leaders, kitchen staff, and medical personnel — people who work together to create a safe, caring, and inspiring environment for every child. Many of our volunteers were once campers themselves and are excited to return and serve, sharing their experience, care, and love for Tropinka.
Our cabin leaders support campers throughout the session, helping them adjust, grow, and feel part of a close-knit community. Activity leaders bring energy and creativity to daily programs, while our kitchen team prepares delicious, home-style meals that make campers feel comfortable and cared for. Our medical staff ensures the health and safety of all participants at all times.
Growth, Experience & Support for Volunteers
We are committed to making participation at Tropinka Camp a meaningful and enriching experience. Our volunteers and staff develop leadership skills, responsibility, and teamwork, while also growing personally and socially. Upon request, we provide recommendation letters that recognize each volunteer’s dedication, reliability, and contribution to camp life. These letters are intended to support future education, employment, and personal development.
